Terms & Conditions

As virtual office service provider, ASG Real Estate, commits to offer clients complete support on each service included in the package. Additionally, clients can rest assure that the information revealed to ASG Real Estate remains strictly confidential. ASG Real Estate counts with highly trained staff, that will handle each client´s case personally and work according to instructions.

Clients agree:

To pay for the fees of couriers, deliveries, handling or any other expenses generated by the use of the services provided by ASG Real Estate in advanced.

That ASG Real Estate may take measurements under special circumstances, such as breach of contract or failure to pay the fees in advanced. Under these terms ASG Real Estate will not be obliged to provide any of the services agreed previously.

Not to involve ASG Real Estate in any fraudulent activities. ASG Real Estate will not carry out any of the services for illegal or fraudulent purposes knowingly. The members will accept complete responsibility of the actions and will also indemnify ASG Real Estate for any expense incurred by them in the defense against any legal proceedings. ASG Real Estate is not liable for any illegal activity a member carries out, through their services.

That an address should be provided to ASG Real Estate, in case any mail is received after the agreement has ended. The member also agrees to pay in advanced for the fees required by ASG Real Estate to handle the mail. ASG Real Estate will not be held liable in case the member never agrees to the fees for the mail received or doesnt respond to contact after the expiration of the agreement.

The term "mail", refers to the forwarding, sending, email, remailing of documents or communications, or any other service agreed between the member and ASG Real Estate.

ASG Real Estate will not disclose any private member information to any external party, unless required by the law.
